The poem is titled "Kubla Khan" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge
with a subtitle "A Vision in a Dream. A Fragment."

Apparently this poem moved the then young Scot student William Dalrymple so much, that he took a trip to the place of Kubla Khan, Xanadu. He decided to take the same trail as Marco Polo had taken centuries ago as he unravelled history. That lead to his debut book, In Xanadu, a great travelogue.

It's "Kubla Khan," or "A Vision in a Dream," by Samuel Taylor Coleridge.
