the last week has been nauses, backache,headache,tiredness,extreme sore boobs,never have sore boobs before period,today brownish stuff just alittle on toliet paper, ver little light blood. nothing in toliet, slight cramping off and on. not like period!!!!

Implantation bleeding usually occurs around 10 days after conception, which for most women is about 2-4 days before they should expect their period. This is because the fetus implants itself into the uterus at this time, and causes minimal bleeding because only a bit of the lining is shed, not the entire lining. This also explains why it is usually not as heavy as a period, nor does it last as long.
