ever think i do?

Question

first of all im no pc wizard only a beginner, ok if im on any web site it can open but if i click to view somethink it says not responeding & its the same if im reading my email it has every time. i have done ctrl + alt + delete and it dont bring up a meau so i can close that program?? but i dont want to close anythink i want to view what i have clicked without it keeping saying not responding (i have reinstalled the internet explorer) well its a good job im bold i would of teared my hair our lol. please help me thankyou pc wizards.

you have got some corrupted files, reinstall your operating sysem. mostly is sounds like windows explorer is bad
