I am. My boss is arrogant and thinks he knows everything. I'm smart enough to know that I don't.

Each person has his/her own area(s) of expertise. One person cannot be great at everything.
For as much as I could tell you what things my current and former bosses did wrong or could have done better, I would not want their jobs for anything in the world.
