a good lotion will work fine. Personally what I might suggest would be vaseline just before you got to bed. But throughout the day, lotion will be best.

Lotion is great for dry skin, anywhere. I would recommend using a fragrance free lotion, because the fragrance contains alcohol that can make the dry skin worse. Try using ST. Ives extreme relief intensive healing lotion, it is like $3 at any drug store. It's meant for really dry and sensitive areas such as knees and elbows.

Umm prolly yeah for the elbows. But it totally depends on what lotion brand you go with. Cuz the brand maybe cheap or not. And you don't want dry elbows do you?

Yup! Try using Palmers Coco Butter it works wonders on dry skin, and not only your elbows! You can use it as a full body lotion, I have been using it for years- and it doesn't smell all that bad either!

Not only would I use lotion (after I bathe/shower, wake-up, and before I go to bed), but I would also after soaking in the tub (while by elbows are moist) would use either a body scrub or a luffa pad/sponge to remove any dead/dry skin off of them.

As Iggy Pop once said, "Hey man, where'd you get that lotion?" I would use lotion for really dry elbows, yes. Because I have a lust for life.

I would use lotion. You can find heavy duty creams at health food stores. Like Utter Butter. It's generally used by farmers so that cows utters don't get dry and cracked from milking. It's great for really dry spot. It can be very greasy, so I only use it at night, but it's amazing.

Try an all natural vitamin E lotion. Or buy the capsules and break them open for your elbows.

My elbows use to be really dry and crusty. I started putting good ole Vaseline (i.e. Petroleum Jelly) on them and within a few weeks they were smoother than a baby's butt. Just put it on at night before bed that way it won't get on your work clothes or something. Hope this helps!
