When im on a computer, around 10:30 or 11 o rlater, my body feels kinda akward...like...sick, I feel like i have to go to the bathroom, or my body just feels kinda...tingly and bleh, and my head feels akward...like a headache's about to come..Help?

It's because when you're still for too long your circulation(blood flow through body) slows way down and doesn't get all through your extremities (arms and legs) properly. That's what makes you feel kinda tingly. That's your body's way of telling you it's had enough of the computer chair and would like to go to bed. Or get up and do some aerobics!

You aren't taking breaks like you should. Every hour take at least a ten minute break. You eyes become tired having focused on the screen constantly. If you take a break it gives them a moment to rest. You are feeling sick because your eyes have a direct effect on the brain when their lenses are stressed for to long. The muscle in the eyes are also sensative like this. If you continue without taking occasional rests you'll develope a wicked migrain.

Well Ur spending to much time on the computer get up and wake around go out side and take a deep breath of air

How long have you been on it at that time? If you've been online for hours, get away from the bloody thing and go to bed sooner.

yep, i know the feeling, i actually started getting nauseous too, so now i take breaks every 20 minutes or so. (that helps alot)
