Having watched the Fred Dibnar programme recently, could anyone tell me if a cameraman also climbed to the top of the chimneys, or did Fred take a Camera up with him...I realise that there are long range cameras, but some of the close up shots of Fred working on the top of these chimneys, seem to indicate that another person was doing the filming.??

I think they used crane mounted cameras for some scenes and in others the cameraman climbed up too - if you think of what nature show cameramen and sports cameramen do this is not unusual.
