My Dell crashed. How do I fix it?

Dell laptop, new was sorking but then crashed. How can I restore it?

u need to specify the exact problem. If the laptop is not getting booted then u need to reinstall the windows XP, the cd has been provided by dell to you. or if some other problem is there then u need to specify and then i can help u out.
