At work, I have my client set to automatically check every 5 minutes. I am at work a minimum of 8 hours a day, so that is 96 times there.
At home, I probably check an additional 4 times, once in the morning, and a few times after I get home.

when I turn the comp on Yahoo lets me know if I have mail. I turn on twice a day, so 2 times. There are a lot of people here who need to get a life and/or help for computer addiction!
