It could be that you have fluid in it. Have you had a cold or been swimming? Does it hurt or are you dizzy? Keep check for those things and go to the dr if it starts. If its water in the ear mix up 1 part vinegar and 1 part alcohol and drop some in your ear. Don't use cold water it hurts!

Sinuses? If you are in the USA, your pharmacist can give you the Sudafed with the pseudo-ephedrine in it; that should clear it up. Just remember to take your photo ID with you.

It could be an inner ear problem or your blood pressure could be up.
