Trying to locate cousins father. Last I knew he lived in Kansas city KS. Not having any luck. HELP!!!?

She hasnt seen him since she was 4 (12 years ago) Her mother is no help with this. I've tried java search, white pages, google and many more any suggestions? His name is Jerry Marquand if any one on here is from Kansas City and might know him please IM me. He's probably between 55 and 65 now. Or if you have suggestions on where to look it would be great.

I just did a search by the last name alone ("Marquand"). I got a lot of results. Have you tried contacting other Marquands to see if they know Jerry?
