I need to find a cheap and cute rental house on Nantucket. July 22-29. We would prefer to stay in a place that is in town. It would need to sleep 6-10 people. It would be great if it had a yard/patio/porch. maybe like $2,000-4000 for the week.

No only is nothing cheap. You do realize it is June and most places if not all have already been rented. Some people return to the same cottage/house year after year and reserve it well in advance. Good Luck it is a beautiful place. If your can't find a place, you could always stay on the Cape and just head over for the day.
