I signed up for a wireless internet service and it drops every 5 minutes or so and stays down at least a minute. I dont think this is normal. The ISP is no help at all. They dont seem too concerned about it.

Well, if you do not have a sufficient source or a good connection method (ie a good wireless card), the connection would be bad. As of current day's technology, no wireless internet service would be better than cell phones. Though when you consider your connections for your internet, thing about distance to the source, how you source is getting into your laptop/pc, and how dependable is it. Usually, if you sign up with major ISPs in a major service area, 9 times out of 10 that the problem is how you are recieving the connection.

Free PC-2-Phone calls to over 45 countries - but you still gotta recharge, at first, for 10euros - cuz not every country is free. Also, to call the free countries, you'll need to recharge and keep some money in yer account.

Here: http://www.internetcalls.com

Download the messenger, recharge with yer credit card, and the voice quality matches SKYPE - I love it! And you get yer own free phone-in no. which SKYPE charges like 30 dollars or so for - Yahoo! charges some 3 dollars - here it is free.

You'll be surprised - just like I was - itz awesome.

I think you answered your own question. Wireless internet is no better than cell service and, if you are in a weak area, loss of signal is common.
