yes, i do but there is a secret about it.. if you keep on doing so, you will experience tummy aches and i do not know why....it always happens...when you touch and smell your belly button, later in the day you will feel the stomach aches...

I'm very self conscious when it comes to the way I smell and look and I have an "innie" so sometimes I would stick my finger in my belly button and smell right.
It smells like my soap, and that's a good thing.
