An alternative (if you don't want to pay for quicktime pro) is to upload your video to youtube.com (100MB limit) and set it for private, so that only the person you want to see it can see it.

Compress them as MPEG-4 or H-264 if you know the other person has Quicktime 7. Use Quicktime Pro or find another app to compress them. Your file size will have to be below 10 MB, or however much your e-mail service allows for attachments.

u first download compressing software with like winrar or winzip and install it and add the file which you want send, it will sure works, or else work on onther guide line provide by others on google or top10 search sites
