i dont think there are not jobs available to 11 year olds, just enjoy being 11 while you still can there will be plenty of time in the future for you to have a job, in the meanwhile just ask your parents if there is anything for you to do around the house that can get you some money or allowance

an eleven year olds job is to be a kid while your still can and maybe mow a lawn or two or even wash the car for a few bucks to spend

There is NO legal jobs, however, you can do a whole lot of street jobs.. mowing lawns, yard work, trash pickup, washing cars, ect...
If you can think about it, he can do it.
