My homeland.. There's no other place better than our home

I'm a Londoner through and through, and I love the place, however, parts of it are complete sh*t holes, or no go areas if you value your possesions or your life. Most of the UK seems to have similar problems. I would guess this is the same of most if not all countries and their cities. I've never been to the US, unless you count five hours stuck in LA X in transit to Australia. I'd love to visit the US, but haven't a clue where to start. I do know a couple of girls who live in Pineville, Louisianna. New Jersey looks leafy and fresh - gotta see NY and Vegas. Trouble is, the USA is just too bloody big!! I suppose at the end of the day, the grass aint always greener on the other side, but I think it does you good to sample it!!

I have been to the USA 6 times in my life and lived in the UK 25 years. I would love to move to Prague... but of the options available I prefer the UK to the USA as I consider the flaws the UK has are present in the USA to a higher degree. Also my main career interests are in history and archaeology and there is precious little of either in the USA (except Native American artefacts which are not a sector I find too engrosing compared to say the Vikings).

the USA is okay
i don't always agree with our government, thought.
i would love
love, love, love
to live in england for a year or two
it just seems amazing to me.
but the USA can be quite an experience
even if you don't go somewhere tourist-y like san fransisco or one of those.

I really love English people, but I hate being living under the weather.
I love American people too, as they are fast on conclusions, especially the blonds, they are not weathered.
God bless.
