It depends on how violent ya want to get. People are fussing over religion, killing each other, saying their book is the best. I just sit here, waiting for the world to end over religious squabbling. As for me, one of my favorites was "The Traveler In Black", by John Brunner.

The best book ever written is a difficult question to answer as there are so many. Most people would say The Bible as this is one that everyone knows. I recently finished reading a great book called The Funhouse. Another is titled Moonheart.
