I own a ford mustang, but I would say Chevy is better. Reason I say that is because of the resale value. If you look at the blue book you will see Fords tend to take a huge drop in price in just a matter of years as opposed to Chevys.

This question always invokes passion in everyone. ALMOST any car made in the world today will be a good car. Some better than others. I personally like GM products across the board and will drive/own any of them with pride. Some people like Chrysler products...Ford...Toyota..etc. Let's look back in history and ahead to the future. The most restored, collectable cars in the world are Chevrolets. It's 2006 and people are lovingly restoring the 1956 Chevy. In the year 2056 how many people will be restoring a 2006 Honda Accord or Toyota Camry?

I've had a ford and when I had a problem it took $6,000 to fix a $500 part and the Ford Dealership told me "We dont know whats wrong with it, maybe you should take it to a different shop." Fords are never again for me. My mom bought a brand new F150 and 4 years later her paint started peeling off. I've had 2 Chevys since and not one problem with it. Chevy all the way baby!

both Ford and Chevy are bad companies but the lesser of the two evils is Chevy. transmitions and power steering are both horrible for both and Chevy tends to keep the parts all together even if they break but Fords tend to fall apart alltogether. i have dodged too many Ford parts on the high way to count and i se more trucks and Fords on the side of the road DEAD than Chevy's, but luckaly i own a Honda and i dont need to worry about hardly anything
