All of sudden it won't work and I put new batteries in it and tried their ideas at their website but none work so I was hoping someone new something about the machine and would be willing to put their insight. Thanks ahead of time for (any) help

it's very possible he dropped it but not while I was w/ him so otherwise I have no idea. If that's so is there anything I can do to fix it?

Is it possible the child dropped or otherwise mistreated it? My daughter's toys have turned up broken from time to time and I imagine it's from rough treatment.
