From beyond enjoy I might say don't weigh. For me that used to be the quickest solution to sabotage myself. If I noticed that I used to be wasting weight I might begin consuming extra immediately and defeat the intent. If I wasn't wasting weight rapid sufficient, in keeping with the size, I might broaden a defeatist angle and begin consuming and say "Oh why trouble". The first-rate method for me, a minimum of, is to move via how my garments have compatibility and whether or not or now not my breasts would maintain a pencil beneath via themselves. I'm lovely flat chested and after they would maintain a pencil, I used to be chubby. If I caught to these 2 laws, I used to be adequate. I do consider that whenever you get on your excellent weight, this can be a well notion to weigh your self day-to-day to make certain you are now not gaining once more, and if you're, make the small changes in vitamin or up your recreation. Its less difficult to lose slightly weight than plenty. If I did not weight myself after I misplaced as a lot weight as I desired, it might creep again on till .....the pencil, you understand!

If you are concerned about your weight, even at 14, you need to talk to your docter. He/she will have a chart based on your age and height. This would be the most accurate option for you. Don't believe everything that you read on the internet.

Well the best thing to do is a BMI, body mass index. You can do that online of you google it. It just tells you how much you should way proportionally to your height. But relax, you're only 14!

It depends on your bone density, muscle mass, and body structure. Ask your doctor, he or she could tell you a more accurate range than anyone on here.
Oh, and you're only 14! Don't worry about your weight. Just eat a healthy diet and stay active, and you'll have no problem. :)

7 lbs either side of 135 lbs is normal for someone 5'7", but even ten lbs lighter than that is ok for teens.
