i have a ibm think pad, im trying to excess the internet anywhere i go , what must i do to use it anywhere?

WHAT IT IS I HAVE I IBM THINK PAD, I WHAT TO BE ABLE TO USE IT ANY WHERE WITHOUT A PHONE CONNECTION, IS THERE SOME STEPS THAT I CAN TAKE TO INSURE I AM ABLE TO USE MY COMPUTER EVERYWHERE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET WITHOUT A LAND LINE. THANKS

You would need an internet ready cellular phone. AT&T has a nice deal on this for unlimited use it's $99 for data.
