All of the choices are correct except C. Its should not have an apostrophe. It's is the abbreviation for it is. Men's is the only plural possessive.

The correct answer is "B" ... men (already plural) plus possessive " 's"
Also, note that "C" is not even a possessive at all. The word "it's," with an apostrophe, is a CONTRACTION of "it is." The correct possessive form would be "its" (NO APOSTROPHE) place.
This is a huge pet peeve of mine, and is all too often miswritten.
Another pet peeve of mine is the confusing of "your" (possessive) and "you're" (contraction for "you are")
Good question. Thank you!

B is correct. Men is plural, and the apostrophe notes possessive.

B is correct.
And just a note, C is completely wrong. "It's" is not a possessive, it's short for "it is".
