Where should I start to look for a commercial bldg for a preschool?

I want to begin my own center, but would prefer to find a place that hosted a preschool before so some of the set-up is already in place. Should I contact a commercial management co to start? ??

They may also be able to refer you to someone who can help you scout out spaces.
