Realtor.com is a great site for searching the real estate market anywhere. You can specify what criteria you want to use, and it pulls up listings for you. What's great is that you can get the MLS number and contact information for the listing agent, so it's easy to communicate what you want when you call/email them. Also check the sites of brokers in your area: some national ones are Prudential, Coldwell Banker, etc.
