Even though the Juggernaut is ultimately physically unstoppable, Dr. Doom has an advantage with his genius-level intellect. He could for example; use a working time machine on Juggernaut and send him anywhere at any time period he wished. Doom also has sorcerous ability which he learned from his time with a Secret order of Monks in Tibet. He can fire blasts of mystical energy from his hands, create protective shields of magical energy, ensnare foes in bands of energy (the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak), and create portals to other planes of existence, such as Mephisto's hellish realm or the Dreamtime of the Australian Aborigines. Doom has also developed the ability to transfer psionically his consciousness into another nearby human being with whom he's made eye contact, a process which he learned from the alien Ovoids.

Dr. Doom can do a lot of neat stuff and all, but the Juggernaut is indestructible. If it was a straight up fight, Juggernaut hands down. However, if Dr. Doom had the time to come up with some kind of plan and what not, well, I'm sure Dr. Doom would definitely win.

I gotta give that one to Juggernaut. The worst Doom could do is get the helmet off, but he'd still need to attack his mind to wear him down. Juggernaut could easily smash his little mask before Doom could do that.

In a straight up fight the Juggernaut would destory Doom.Doom only has sorta the med-evil armor on that can shoot stuff. it wouldn't even phase Juggernaut. Jug's would grab him rip him limb from limb. But I think Dr.Doom could out smart him and strike a deal with him to become his ally . brains and brawn that would be a great concept for a comic . Don't you think ??

Probably Dr. Doom. I would hate for either of them to join forces with the other. Double trouble. Then again, if they did join forces, The Fantastic Four and the X-Men would join forces too! That would make one heck of a battle!

Dr. Doom, since he is a big time sorcerer he would unbind the magic that held the crystal to Caine. That would leave Caine a regular human then it is no contest.
