I have heard alot about the Nintendo DS. But can you wirelesly chat with people from U.S. to Europe? And for free? If you can, I am getting this amazing device!

Yes. As long as you have a broadband, cable or LAN internet access and you must buy the wifi adaptor (in you have LAN, you don't need the adaptor). There are a lot of agmes that allows you to play via wifi connection like, mario kart, tetris, metroid, animal crossing, etc. Basically you could see whether a game can use the wifi connection or not just buy looking at the package.

Yes you can, but only in Animal Crossing and Metroid Prime Hunters. Those are the only 2 games (thatI know of) that has some kind of chat, both involve touch-typing. But, if you trade friend codes with people, you can voice chat with them in Metroid Prime Hunters. Friend Codes are codes that allow you to make games for specific people. There is a thing on the DS called picto chat but that is not online.

Yes you can you have to have a broadband conection on your compter either Cable or DSL or at a Hot spot a hot stop is a place where you can use the Ds there are at least 6,000 hot spots

What, you can talk to ppl from that far away? I thought you could only chat with people from like a 100 feet radius or something like that.

I have always thought you could only chat with people in the same room with you. maybe at nintendo.com but thats not wifi.
