Plug the usb cord into digital camera and into computer and run your imaging software which should come with the camera to copy the files to your pc.

I would like to help you but I really need more information.

If your camera came with a USB cable and you have a USB port on your computer then connect it & you are good to go.

Otherwise get a card reader that will read the memory card your camera uses. (Compact Flash, SD, Smart Media etc) Take the memory card out of the camera, insert it into the card reader & plug it in your USB port. You will hear a "beep" and your camera card will appear like a drive. You can drag & drop your pictures wherever you want them.

It sounds confusing but it isn't that bad.

does it have a cord that u plug into ur camera n the comp? if so turn it on to the pics gallery then plug it in to both then choose pactbridges and click ur selection on the comp and then it will load it!

But if ya have a memorystick pro duo just take it out and insert it into the slot of the comp that indicates where. the end! if further questions contact me k

Take the USB cable or one of them that fits into the back of your computer and stick it in. Try and match up the symbols from the wire to the symbol on the back of your computer. Then go to my computer and go to external drive or usb drive that isn't usually there unless you have something plugged in. Then open up the file from there.

with most cameras ... connect the USB cable then turn on the camera, it's automatic and prompts you through it from there
