Relax. It will come. No pun intended...ok, who am I kidding, pun totally intended! Stop putting so much pressure on yourself, that's not going to help. Diabetes is a serious illness not to be underestimated as a comorbidity. Check with a fertility doctor for a sperm count, it may preclude to a more 'pressing' illness such as prostate enlargement or testicular torsion (however you'd be in a lot of pain if that were the case) Only a complete exam and test will give you the assuring element that you just need to relax.

I would agree that you should consult your doctor. I am diabetic and fathered 4 children, so there is no cut and dried answer regarding diabetes. Your doctor, however, will know as far as you are concerned.
All being well, you could be trying too hard and feel under pressure. Go away for a nice quiet, romantic 2-3 days, relax totally, and enjoy the moments together stress free.

im very sorry to say but most of the diabetic people are unproductive.. so you need to see a doctor brother..

don't blame anyone, don't bother blaming yourself ..........sometimes worrying about getting pregnancy can stop u from getting pregnant..........just relax and enjoy what the two of you have , enjoy your sex life and stop making it a task, you might get luck and conceive that baby. u can also consult a fertility specialist.................but please don't be hard on yourself.........listen to your doctor and u will be fine.....remember , take it easy.
