You'd have to be a recognized, legally ordained minister, or apply to be a notary in MI.

If you happen to be either already, why not perform a ceremony elsewhere?

First of all you have to be licensed to do this i believe. Are you a pastor? Ask a local court as well they may be able to help you answer this too!

If you are ordained in any denomination and they have a Mich.liscense you are good to go.
