If you are talking about the Pepsi commercial, the song is a promo to promote Pepsi and ringtones from Mottorolla; it's called "Time of Your Life". Now, if you are talking about the laptop commercial the song is a snippet of "Mine Again" from Mariah's "The Emancipation of Mimi".
