What caused the fight to begin with... I would not want to go home if it were me... Go to a friends house or your familys house for a few days and think things through..... Talk with him before going home and see where things stand too!

He sounds like some kind of a nut ( unless you cheated on him ) . Go directly to an attorney and protect yourself.
Stay with friends or family until you decide what to do .He doesn't sound like good husband material .Move on .

If you pay part of the rent/mortgage/etc just say I'm paying for it, you can't kick me out.
If you don't pay for anything in the home, then you should stay out until he says you can come home.
