Where is the concert being held? If it's at a club, you could call them and find out. If not, reggae or casuals would suffice.

Skirts till your knees, punk sleeveless shirts with silly writing, you know like " I can't stand you!" or something. Sneaker or converse work very very well and leave your hair down. Rock on~
