Yes your Sirius should have a line out you just plug in an audio wire from the line out to the line in or microphone jack of your computer and then use Microsoft Sound Recorder.

johnluke's method is the only way I've seen. If you're asking if there's a way to convert the files that are on the s50 to something like an mp3 without playing them back and recording them, the answer is no.
