Which is cause by 24- hourschedules,insomnia,and sleep apnea,What they going to do?

Well, I'm not most. I regard sleep as one of the healtiest things I can do for my body.

I think this is more than one question. People don't sleep well because they are wound up and other things disrupt their schedules and sleep cycles. We are programmed with a circadian rhythm, a body clock of 24 hours or so that tells us when to sleep. But we don't always follow it.

What people are doing is taking a lot of sleeping pills, which doesn't help the real problem because they keep you from getting into the deep cycle of sleep that you need. What people should do is to learn some relaxation techniques and try to stick to going to bed at the same time when they can.

No ! One need to sleep to quit the mind from pondering always ! With out it one will begin to hallucinate, see matters that ar no longer there. Sleep is supposed for us to reboot .
