I only want to invest in one stock, if i have $120 and nothing to do with it, would it be stupid to make an account on ScottTrade and put all the money into this one stock?

No. It would not. Go ahead and do it. When I started I put all my money into one stock--10 shares of Household Finance. You have to start somewhere and sometime. Now is a better time than a month ago. But next month might be a better time still or even next year.

A Good saying goes...."Never put all your eggs in one baskets!"
It is because if you do and the basket falls, then all your eggs are broken.

Thus instead of investing all the money into this one stock, i would say, invest a portion of in this stock.

Yeah, that would be a different situation if this 120$ are after the rule of (putting all the eggs in separate baskets)
if that is the case i would say, go for it and invest in that stock, if it is that good!

HERE is the deal

1.) have a valid Costco executive membership, if not ask your friend to share you one.

2.) open a basic trading acct with $120 via sharebuilder as indicated below AFTER June 5, 2006.

http://www.costco.com/service/

buy TRP hold them until you get enough dividends.

3.) Then one month later sharebuilder will refund you $85. Your net investment is only $35.

the real question is:
what is the minimum amount required to open an account there?
I don't think you can open an account with them with 120.00 dollars
with this said, the more shares you can buy, the bigger your return if the stock moves up, also the bigger your loss if the stock move down, you must decide!
