((-5x^(2) - 6) / (x-4)) = ((-15x/x-4)+(6))
-5x^2 - 6 = -15x + 6(x-4) ------ multiplying both sides by (x-4)
0 = 5x^2 -15x + 6x - 24 + 6
5x^2 - 9x - 18 = 0
x = (9 +- 21) / 2(5)
x = 3 or -1.2
