Depends how much text you want upside down. The easiest way is to use word art in Microsoft Word. Type in the text, then go to view -> toolbars-> drawing (make sure it's turned on). Now select the word are, and click "draw" on the drawing toolbar and the click "rotate or flip" and turn the writing until it's upside down. You can use a similar method with programs such as Corel Draw or similar.

Okay, here's what you do.
First, stand up. Then position your body over top of your computer monitor. Face in the direction of where you would normally be sitting. So in other words, if somebody was sitting down looking at the monitor, you would be staring at eachother. Then bend over and look at the screen.
TADA!!! Upside down font.
