Because they are f-ing morons who think they are cute.
I enjoy watching them, though, when they run and then they bust their a** because they tripped over their jeans!
I laugh every time.

I don't know but it is UGLY! and it look dumb like they don't know how to dress themselves. What I ready like is to watch them run.... I really hope nothing major ever happens and I'm surrounded by a bunch of guys with baggy pants. They all fall. I'd be having to jump over guys laying there on the ground with their pants at there ankles. Thank god most them wear boxers!!!!

For some f#@ked up reason they think they look cool. Maybe they are following some fasion thing but I think they just can't be bothered to put on a belt or to pull their pants up!!
