Hi,I'm a girl. My answer is from my experience, so may be my answer will help you better than others.
If I fall in love with somebody, first I cant tell the truth to that guy. I'm try to be his close friend first, find his charming, bad and good side. Noone can force a girl to tell that she love him, some girl try to just attract her prince charming and wait until he come and catch that girl. I always use this way to get my prince charming,cause sometimes I dont have enough confident or ashamed to tell my feeling first to them. So just wait until that girl have enough confident or you may be you can take the first move.

You can't force a girl to tell you.
If you do, you'll scare her off.
If you really like her, tell her how you feel. The worst thing that can happen is her telling you she just wants to be friends.

My friend had a problem like this before. He liked my best friend and she liked him back, except that she was to shy to say anything. He just kept asking me and her other friends and then she finally told him. You should ask around or have your friends ask around. Just wait a little because things like this take time.

First of all you can't make anyone do anything. Second if she likes you she'll tell you when she's ready and the times right for her.

well i assume you meran that you know she likes you, but she isnt saying anything.
I would actually like to know the same. There is double standard on this issue, expecting guys to make the move 99% of the times.

ask her at most twice because some girls are really shy .
another smart and simple way is to just ask her out and if she accepts then she likes you!
