No, they do not. It is partly physiological differences, but there are many obstacles and hidden barriers at the workplace and society still nonetheless.
The media has actually played a negative role recently and even towards men.

no i dont think they have all equal rights, but i think most places are trying, but it is my opionion that we would do better if some of us would stop screaming sexual harassment when ever a guy looks at them or says something stupid which is bound to happen whenever your in the presence of males. instead of playing along or slugging them in the arm they claim sexual harassment on every thing
