how do i do this, i want to get the 24 icons like the tv show, i know im a real nerd but i would like to know how to do this! if anyone could give me some pointers that would be great! thanks!!

Try Iconpackager, though it isn't free, it will cost you $14.95 but you can try it for 30 days free. Not sure if they have "24" icons or not.

If you are at all a gamer or power user of your PC. You will want to second guess that decision. Most themes will slow down your system enough to where you WILL notice it. Especially if you have a gig of RAM or under.
