Arroyo is the only one on the list you gave that I would take over Willis. If he is a free agent, find someone else to cut and get Arroyo now.
Dontrelle Willis seems healthy. There is always talk that he will be traded to a contender. I would keep him until he turns this around, at least well into August.
Patience pays off. In past years I would have 25 to 30 moves by now. By being patient I have not lost someone I regret yet, nor have I kept someone that has hurt me (3 first place teams so far this year, it seems to be working). Good luck!

I would drop Willis, his stuff is different this year. Yeah, he's striking out guys, but not as much as the past years. His ERA and WHIP is atrocious. The Marlins are the lowest paid team this year and the only brightsport is there farm system and H. Ramirez. So, I say, drop him. I did. I dropped him for Tomko though. Arroyo is a really good option. The Reds are playing good ball this year. I'm from Chicago so I'm not really bias or anything to the Reds.

I say dump him. Dontrelle is having a horrible season with no signs of turning it around any time soon. He will hurt you more than he will help you.
Remember, even if he does have a good game, there arent enough good bats on the Marlins roster to help him win.
As for a closer, try julio. Walks a few but strikes out a lot of guys. Get him now as he is the closer for the d-backs temporarily. How long this will last who knows?

KEEP!!! Don't start him until he has a couple of good starts in a row, then start playing him again. He's worth the spot on your bench. If you really don't want to do that, try to trade him. (Are you saying Arroyo is a free agent? If so, pick him up NOW, but not for Willis unless you really !!!) Notice that Willis is currently owned in 99.9% of ESPN leagues, so clearly the vast majority think he is worth holding onto.
Note that he may be worth dropping if you are in a VERY shallow league (6 teams, yes, 8 teams maybe). Otherwise, hold him.

Ponson is unpredictable.Bush is horrible.Definately get Arroyo keep Willis he should change after the all star break. he might pitch well later but he might not get enough run support to win and the Marlins relievers are horrible.wait to see if Millwood gets his era lower than pick him up.F-Cordero should pitch better eventually.Shields,or Donelley are good closers in case K-Rod gets hurt.

J.J Putz might be availible as a free agent for some Ks.
Also keep an eye on Rodney and Zumaya from the Tigers. Todd Jones has been struggling lately as the Detroit closer. It would not surprise me to see either of them taking over for Jones as the closer. Both should be availible as free agents.

keep him for sure. i dont know what some of these people are thinking. over his last 4 starts he's pitched 30 innings(7.5per) and only allowed 8 earned runs, lowering his ERA 1.5 rpg. he'll be fine. if you cut him someone will pick him up asap and you'll be kicking yourself the entire second half of the season.
and his k/9 ratio is down this year, so i dont know what those couple people were talking about.

Cut him now. His strikeouts are up, but those other guys will give you more quality starts.
