go to tools, then internet options, and delete the cookies and delete internet files.

clear your caches (for internet, not Java), and also clean out the cookies

highly recommend the Aol Internet Explorer (clears all history in a snap)

go to my computer click on control panel click on internet options then type in 0 days to keep pages in history

you reset the cache.

if you have safari then you just go to the safari button up in the toolbar and press empty cache.
if you have internet explorer you go to internet options and delete your history off of there.
