first you buy a cuticle remover,,they don't cost much ,,in fact..if you have a manicure set chances are you already have one.after you use that and be careful it might cut if you press to hard.after that..each nite before you go to bed rub a small amt of Vaseline into the cuticles.the creamy vaseline in the tube works good.you need to do this every nite .its a routine. at work i open alot of boxes and the cardbroad dies out my hands so this is what helps mine.

Get some cuticle remover & some cuticle oil. Do not cut them.

Every night before you go to bed and when you wake up put Vasilene on them. Aloe works pretty good too!

burt's bees lemon butter cuticle creme works great.

vaseline or olive oil works wonders!
use a hand lotion every day as well
