could be a bad connection try takin it out an trying again but befor you put it back test it by driving round the block to c if it works

possibly bad connection on the multiplug at the rear. I actually bent a teminal on the back and it wouldnt comem on once, just look and see if anything is hanging where it shouldnt be

check fuse
check muti plug
also check electronic spedo drive sometimes play up
if not hit it with a big hammer
