OKAY! >>> Definitly do not wear white shoes....thast very tacky! Instead, if you dress is peakcock blue choose a teal colour that compliments it...or deep green...pretty much just try to look at a peacock feather and those are the colours that will look good with ur dress. Just like many mentioned, make sure ur shoes are the same shade as ur clutch....(you want to go clutch its in this season) and since ur dress is so vibrant choose low key acessories so it doesnt compete. Your shoes should always match your purse, so unless you have shoes that are the exact same color as your dress then go with the white, and then a clutch purse or an evening bag. So get the shoes to go with the dress, and they always make evening bags to match the shoes. Enjoy your evening out.

Match with the jewelry you plan on wearing. I would do a silver strappy sandal and silver, white gold or platinum jewelry for the summer.

those shoes that are kinda plasticy and are see through with little diamond things on them or if you can find the same color as your dress or silver!
