Cordova is a family name, so it basically means the Cordova Ranch.

Rancho means Ranch and Cordova is the last name of a Famous person, just named after him or her.

i agree w/ previouse answer. rancho = ranch in spanish and Cordova = name or other word, see if they have it capitilized, but i think its a name.
