Is two weeks more than enough time to visit Edinburgh, and would I be able to squeeze three days of London in too? Thanks!

I would say that there are more things to do and watch in London than Edinburgh. Two or three days are enough to visit Edinburgh. Use the rest of your time in London and other cities.

What a load of rubbish the previous 2 answers are. There are countless fantastic things to do and see in Edinburgh. To drink in the atmosphere and pond-life in Princess Street Gardens is 1 full day. Cockburn Street, a different world altogether. Don't miss Viva Mexico for eats. Mary King's Close and Haunted tours are spooky, The Royal Mile - Palace of Holyrood House, John Knoxs House, Museum of Childhood, Heart of Midlothian, Castle. I could go on forever. And that's only 2 streets. Not to mention Scott's Monument, the Mound, Art Galleries, Fab shops, etc

Two weeks is too much time in Edinburgh (I've been there twice). I really think you'd be better off if you spend much more time in London.

If you're going to spend that much time in Edinburgh be sure to take some trips outside Edinburgh. We took two that left from Edinburgh Castle and really like 'em (don't remember the tour company - we usually don't take this type of tour but we ended up spending too much time in Edinburgh).

In Edinburgh be sure to take the Castle tour, spend some time in local pubs, go to the Witchery for dinner (pretty expensive), walk the royal mile, Holyrood House, do one of the night time literature walks, talk to the locals, etc.

Have a great time. It's a great place.
