Almost all the channels in Thailand are showing World Cup. Your best option is to get a cable connection from UBC if you don't want to miss any matches. Local Thai channels like Channel7, channel3 and iTV are showing the event live. the best way to find out would be to look through thailand tv listings however i am pretty sure they will be showing the world cup as its a global event.
